Hi Im Fat and I want to Loose Weight

My name is Rich and this is my personal blog about me getting in shape.

I'm nearing thirty and like pies and beer far too much and sadly this is starting to take its toll. So I have made the decision to enroll in a boot camp.

A boot camp is basically a 2 week course of intensive training designed to get you in shape quickly.

Each day you focus on a different exersize and muscle group and the intention is that after two weeks you show noticable results.

Here is the schedule My first class is tonight.

Day 1: Wake up with your fridge, cupboards and snack drawer filled with "Bootcamp friendly foods". Follow the plan that you have written down by getting in your breakfast. The training session that day will be bodyweight specific and cardio based to get you ready for the days to come. Measurements to start.
Day 2: Abs and upper body training - Kettlebells.
Day 3: Legs and core training - Kettlebells.
Day 4: Cardio and stretching.
Day 5: Abs and upper body training – TRX and resistance bands.
Day 6: Legs and core training – TRX, Kettlebells and body weight training.
Day 7: On the seventh day you rest. Sleep well, eat well and recover.
Day 8: Abs and upper body training – All equipment.
Day 9: Legs, core and agility training – Kettlebells and body weights.
Day 10: Cardio
Day 11: The Joker – Dependant on how the group feels. Measurements
Boot Camp Training with Kettlebells.

This class is taught in Wandsworth and is limited to a group of 12 people. The guys that run the boot camp are the walker bros. Friendly guys who really know what they are talking about.
